Does every Prism Cloud plan include all of Prism's features?

Yes. Every Prism Cloud plan — Core, Professional and Enterprise — includes the full platform: portfolio management, widget dashboard, deal flow, CRM, investor portal, reporting, AI assistance, SSO, approvals, audit logging, custom fields, API access, webhooks, tenant branding, fee and carry workflows, capital calls and closings. The standard tiers differ by seat and Investor Portal viewer capacity.

What are Prism's standard Cloud prices?

Core is £790/year or £79/month. Professional is £1,990/year or £199/month. Enterprise is £4,990/year or £499/month. Prices are in GBP and exclude any applicable VAT or taxes.

Is standalone private deployment included in these prices?

No. The listed prices are for Prism Cloud. Standalone private deployment is scoped separately because the hosting model, environment, maintenance responsibilities, security requirements and support arrangements can vary by organisation. Contact Perspect to discuss private deployment.

What is the difference between Prism Cloud and private deployment?

Prism Cloud is the managed SaaS version of Prism, hosted and operated as a subscription platform. Private deployment is for organisations that need Prism to run locally, in a private cloud, or inside a customer-controlled environment. Private deployment is best discussed directly because requirements vary significantly.

What counts as an internal seat vs a portal viewer?

An internal seat is a named user with access to the main Prism platform, such as a fund manager, analyst, administrator or operations user. An Investor Portal viewer is an LP or external stakeholder using the read-only Investor Portal. Portal viewers do not consume internal seat allocations.

Can we add more internal seats?

Enterprise customers can add internal seats above the included 50-seat limit at £25 per seat per month. Core and Professional customers that need more internal seats should upgrade to Enterprise.

Can we pay by invoice or bank transfer?

Yes. Payment by invoice and bank transfer can be arranged for organisations that require procurement-led billing. Contact Perspect at [email protected] before subscribing so the correct billing process can be arranged.

Is there a free trial?

Prism does not offer a free trial. A fully functional live demonstration environment is available at prismdemo.perspect.finance with example fund data, portfolios, widget dashboards, deal flow, LP records and reporting workflows pre-loaded.

Can we upgrade or downgrade between plans?

You can upgrade your Prism Cloud plan at any time. The new plan takes effect immediately and the price difference is calculated pro-rata for the remainder of your billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period and may require reducing active users or portal viewers first.
