Enterprise includes up to 50 internal seats. Additional internal seats are available on Enterprise at a flat rate of £25 per seat per month, billed in line with your existing subscription. Core and Professional customers that need more seats should move to Enterprise rather than adding seats to smaller plans.

For organisations with stricter hosting, procurement, security, network or data-control requirements, Perspect can discuss standalone deployment so Prism runs locally, in a private cloud or inside a customer-controlled environment. This is not priced as a standard SaaS tier because deployment, support, maintenance and environment responsibilities vary by organisation.

Prism Cloud subscriptions are available monthly or annually. Payment by invoice and bank transfer can be arranged for organisations that need procurement-led billing. Private deployment is scoped separately and may use different commercial terms depending on the agreed environment, support model and deployment responsibilities. Cancellation and data retention
Access continues until the end of the paid subscription period. Data retention and export windows are governed by the current Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

An internal seat is a named user with access to the main Prism platform, such as a fund manager, analyst, administrator or operations user. An Investor Portal viewer is an LP or external stakeholder using the read-only Investor Portal. Portal viewers do not consume internal seat allocations.
Enterprise customers can add internal seats above the included 50-seat limit at £25 per seat per month. Core and Professional customers that need more internal seats should upgrade to Enterprise.

You can upgrade your Prism Cloud plan at any time. The new plan takes effect immediately and the price difference is calculated pro-rata for the remainder of your billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period and may require reducing active users or portal viewers first.
